Based on this reaction, one would feel that I would stay far away from Kombucha, directly? I mean, after all, it certainly has a vinegary tang.

But for any reason, I continue trying it. I Wish to enjoy it SO DANG BAD.

YIELD: about 30 biscuits PREP TIME: 10 minnutes COOK TIME: 10 minutes



1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature

1 large egg

1 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract

1 cup pops flour

1 teaspoon baking soda

1 teaspoon salt

2 tsp ground cinnamon

3 1/4 cup old fashioned oats


Line baking sheets with parchment paper.

Scrape the sides of the bowl and mix in the egg until completely incorporated. Scrape the sides of the bowl and add the skillet and vanilla.

Gradually add the the flour mixture to the banana mixture and mix until just blended.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl and then stir to recombine.

Use a medium cookie scoop (about 1.5 tbsp ) to scoop the dough on prepared cookie sheets leaving about two inches between each cookie.

Bake in preheated oven for 9-11 minutes.

Remove cookies from the oven and then lightly press on the shirts of each cookie using the bottom of a drinking glass. Because these cookies do not spread considerably, this will help give them a conventional cookie form.
